2. How we handle your data on this website

When you contact us through the WhatsApp, call or email buttons shown on the site, the communication takes place directly between you and Doria Clinic through the application or service you choose, and no data is recorded on this website.

When you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, reason for enquiry) in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, manage your appointment. The legal basis for this processing is your own consent, given by initiating contact yourself.
