Oral Surgery

Minimal invasion, fast recovery

The word “surgery” can sound daunting. That’s why we combine the highest technological precision with a warm, personal approach, aiming to resolve oral conditions permanently while always prioritising a fast recovery.

Minimally invasive surgery

Thanks to digital planning and 3D X-rays, we map your anatomy down to the millimetre before we start. This allows much smaller incisions, reduces post-operative inflammation and pain, and ensures a higher success rate in complex procedures.

Wisdom tooth extraction

Wisdom teeth usually appear between the ages of 17 and 25 and often don’t have enough space to come through properly. We carry out their extraction safely, even when they’re impacted or fully embedded, avoiding displacement of the other teeth and recurring infections. It’s recommended when there’s a lack of space, impacted wisdom teeth, repeated infections (pericoronitis) or a risk of decay due to poor access for cleaning.

Implant surgery and bone regeneration

If you’ve lost bone mass, we apply bone grafts and sinus lifts to provide the necessary base for your future dental implants, all digitally planned. When the case allows, this regeneration is combined with placing immediate-loading implants on the same day.

Frenectomies and pre-prosthetic surgery

We correct lip or tongue ties that affect speech or tooth position, and prepare the tissues of the mouth so that prostheses or veneers fit in harmoniously.

Cyst removal and biopsies

Minor procedures to remove lesions in the soft tissues or jawbones, as part of a comprehensive approach to oral health.

Frequently asked questions

Do wisdom teeth always need to be extracted?

No. It's only recommended when there's a lack of space, they're impacted, they cause repeated infections or they make it hard to keep the rest of the teeth clean. We assess this with a 3D X-ray before deciding.

How long does recovery from wisdom tooth extraction take?

The main discomfort usually eases within 2-3 days with the prescribed medication. Full gum recovery takes about two weeks, depending on how difficult the extraction was.

Does oral surgery hurt?

It's carried out under local anaesthesia, so you won't feel pain during the procedure. Digital planning and minimally invasive techniques also reduce inflammation and post-operative discomfort.
