Dental Aesthetics

A balance between health and harmony

We see dental aesthetics as the balance between health and harmony, not “off the shelf” smiles: it’s the coordinated planning across every specialty to achieve a result that brings out your best, naturally.

Digital smile planning

Before starting any treatment, we design your smile virtually so you can see the final result, adjust every detail to your facial features and choose textures and shades that mimic natural enamel.

Dental veneers

Thin layers of high-quality porcelain or composite that blend with your natural teeth, correcting colour, shape or position in a minimally invasive way.

  • Porcelain: the longest-lasting option. It doesn’t wear down, keeps its shine over the years and is highly resistant to staining from coffee, wine or tobacco. It perfectly mimics the translucency of enamel.
  • Composite: ideal for simpler corrections. In most cases it’s shaped directly on the tooth in a single session, requires almost no preparation of the natural tooth and is easy to repair if it’s damaged. It needs annual maintenance.

Teeth whitening

  • In clinic (flash session): high-concentration gel activated with professional light, with results in a session of around an hour.
  • At home: custom trays and professional gel to do it at your own pace, gradually and comfortably.
  • Combined: the in-clinic session together with at-home reinforcement. It’s the longest-lasting treatment.

When aesthetics starts with another specialty

A healthy smile is the foundation of a beautiful one. If, before veneers or whitening, we detect decay, inflamed gums or misaligned teeth, we resolve that first with general dentistry, periodontics or orthodontics. When teeth are missing or there’s more damaged structure than a veneer can fix, the solution is a dental prosthesis.

Frequently asked questions

Do veneers damage the natural tooth?

Composite veneers require almost no preparation of the tooth. Porcelain ones need minimal removal of the visible surface, always calculated to preserve as much natural structure as possible.

How long do veneers last?

Porcelain veneers can last more than 10 years with good maintenance. Composite ones last less, around 4-5 years, and are easier and cheaper to repair or renew.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Yes, as long as it's carried out under professional supervision with the appropriate concentrations. It doesn't damage enamel; it can cause temporary sensitivity, which goes away within a few days.

Can I see the result before starting treatment?

Yes. With digital smile planning we design your case virtually before touching any tooth, so you can decide having already seen the final result.
